You can be successful at ANYTHING!

Do you want to know how to be successful at anything? First, here’s the greatest tip in the Universe: Ask for what you want. Then work with determination to get it.

That’s it.  Nothing complicated. It’s not a secret.  You can and will be successful at anything by asking for what you want and then working with determination, and intention, to get it.

Is it tough sometimes? You bet.  Will hard times come? Absolutely.  Can you do it? WITHOUT A DOUBT!

Okay, so now that you know the secret, what is it that you want to be successful at? The summer is half way over, and so is the year. Crazy, right?! Take some time to focus on what you really want to achieve this year. You are the creator of your reality. What are your goals? Make a list and set your intention. Seriously, get out your pen and paper right now and make your list.

I’m not gonna lie. You have to be ready and willing to pull out all the stops to achieve your goals. You can do it. Don’t be afraid to ask for what you want! It takes hard work and, at times, sacrifice, but achieving your dreams is absolutely do-able!

You can have and achieve anything you want!  You just need to go for it.  Ask for what you want and then work your booty off.  I know you can do it!  Do you? Ask. Intend. Believe. Step out of your comfort zone. Work hard. Then what? Alas, the planets will align, God and the Universe will hear your prayers, and your dreams will come true.

Follow a system, get yourself an amazing coach and commit to making it happen for yourself. It’s so worth it! Without a doubt, you’ve got this!

If you haven’t already, write your goal down on a couple of index cards (exactly what you’ve written above is perfect) and place them where you can see them throughout the day…tape one to your computer, put one on your nightstand, you get my drift. Read them, “feel” them, visualize yourself lighter and healthier, and then SHAZAM! In 60 days you WILL be lighter and healthier! You’ve got this! xo. ~KG
